Shaza Gym and Pool

We happened on this lovely hotel when our original booking with a nearby hotel got cancelled. What a piece of luck! What a beautiful friendly hotel. The staff are the most friendliest I have encountered in all my travels. From the doorman to the reception to the manager. They made our stay a dream. The location is perfect everything is in walking distance. Can’t wait to go back.

Honestly, absolutely amazing! We stayed here for 9 nights early November with the my 20 month old and she loved the space to run around in. Everyone was so lovely, extremely impressed with the overall service provided from start to finish. The room deco was pretty and very clean. We recommended this place to some of our friends who went at the end of November and we are looking to return November 2024, insha’Allah.

Opulent and beautiful. Service is five star quality. The staff are amazing, friendly and very helpful. The location was good, close to airport as well as the famous souq. The only complaint that i feel they can improve on is the quality of the cleaning. I felt like scrubbing down the shower area and sweeping the carpet. I would have scored Shaza 5/5 but in my opinion there is room for improvement.

During our stop-over in Doha before flying to our final destination. We came to reserve the hotel based on the reviews in several booking websites and its location which nearby Souq Wakif & Metro Station. Unexpected, the hotel, services and the room are so better! The reception and the staffs are really friendly, helpful and have a clear communication during check-in and check-out process. I had a conversation with the reception on 9 December 2023 before leaving and give my thoughts about my stay. It was a greatly appreciated by the staff. I had a room 407 which is a nice clean hotel room for the price that I got. The view from this room is the street outside the hotel. The facilities from Spa and the gym room are awesome. Clean gym equipments as well the clean swimming pool have been impressed us. Even though I just stay less than 24 hours at this property, the cleaning services was still friendly asking whether they should clean my room. Overall, this five stars hotel is recommended to be chosen and the price meets its services and quality.

Lovely luxury hotel with beautiful spacious luxury room and massive bed. Very pleasant hotel staff. Good situation, only half a Mike or so from the historic centre. Excellent breakfasts with wide range of foods. Best creamy hummus I have ever had! Good lunches too. Special mention to Sonu the senior waiter who looked after us so well and was attentive and polite. Check in/check out a doddle. Be aware that this is a non alcohol hotel, but there are plenty of places nearby you can get a beer or cold wine.
