This hotel is just about the greatest place I’ve been. I was there on new year 2022 crossing to 2023 and the celebration was amazing. The staff was impeccable and the rooms were breathtakingly clean. The view to the pool and nature was spectacular to say the least. I was amazed by this hotel and forever will be. The only thing I wish for is to enter the pearly gates of this beautiful, magnificent, and immeasurably gorgeous hotel. I feel sad to not be there this very moment, and forever more. I am humbled by this place of dreams. If I could I would give this hotel a rating of immeasurable numbers. If you plan to go there, do it for the sake of your soul and your very essence.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this hotel. From the unwelcoming and careless attitude of the front desk staff to the unclean and foul-smelling room we received, the entire stay was far from satisfactory. Even when we raised concerns, there was a lack of response or concern from the hotel staff. Waiting in the hallway for about 20 minutes after complaining only added to our frustration. This felt more like a one-star service, especially considering we arrived tired and in need of a comfortable stay. Overall, the lack of hospitality and responsiveness made this a regrettable choice.

Me and my family came in for a short vacation,Everything was great, we had the best days and the house keeping was great with the help of lutfur. And the pool was beautiful same goes to the weather and the food was tasty.

Unfortunately, the hotel falls short of capturing Salalah's charm. While the region is known for its tropical fruits and unique incense, the hotel seems to rely on artificial juices, and its scent is not appealing. The overall ambiance inside the hotel doesn't meet expectations, making the experience not worth the amount paid.

One of the best hotels to stay in for your vacation. The overall service is super nice, and it’s very clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel has one of the greatest chefs, we really liked their breakfast and dinner buffet!
