This was one of my favorite spas but not going back ever again. I had multiple complaints about a recent visit - the relaxation area was not clean at all, and there were men working at the terrace area and when they were done they passed by the area and they were looking at me while I was laying down with my robe!! In the FEMALE relaxation area!!! This is wrong on so many levels!!! I was so upset that I have packed my stuff and left. I took the time to call the next day to explain, they said sorry and that she will ask a supervisor or a manager to get in contact with me. One week later, no body has called!! This is not acceptable and shouldn’t happen in any ladies only facility, let alone, a “five-star” spa!! Zero respect to customers, and I was a frequent one. Super disappointed!

We booked here in Dubai at Hotel The Obelisk, couple massage. I was really surprised of the high quality of massage. Magic hands, we chose the deep treatment massage, to put every muscle back in it's right position. 1h massage passed real quickly, the wonderfull hands of the masseuses (thank you Dwi) of the Spa we will miss. Also the rest of the Spa-team were very friendly, helpfull and professional. We hope we are able to come back here. Wow!! ❤️

The staff is attentive and enthusiastic to make your experience a good one - every one that I've made contact with there: Rauoia, Louise, Ayumi and Dwi. The wet facilities, while not expansive, offer unique views of Wafi City, and space for individual daydreaming. And the massage therapists are truly skilled, the two that I have experienced. I came away so relaxed I needing to rest for an hour+ which I hardly ever do unless all the hardness has been rubbed out of my body. And the hotel and spa itself are beautiful, well worth just visiting to try them out.

We are used to accessing the wet facilities with the pool day pass and private cabana reservations. This time and under the “new management” i.e Louise, we weren’t allowed to do so as usual and weren’t even given a one time pass for this as we are guests of the pool and wet facilities for the last 2 years. Overall, I understand where they are coming from but this was NOT a good guest experience and wasn’t putting the guest first. Louise was very cold never even smiled once while addressing us and wasn’t willing to make an exception for a 30 min sauna booking. Instead we were asked to buy a 200 USD treatment to gain access to the sauna, bear in mind, as a regular guest, we never received a memo about the changes in policy nor is it mentioned on our booking confirmation received.
