Very bad experience and worst organization. First they booked my daughter’s birthday slot for 2 hours only instead of 3 years, whereas they have confirmed to us the 3 hours and sent us the invitation written with 3 hours. Birthday cake celebration and kids food was supposed to be 5pm of course didn’t happen on time and I had ask many times and even fight to do the celebration, adults food was supposed to be at 5.30 and of course didn’t happen as well and the people had to eat the cake instead as they were hungry….. I asked for the manager multiple times but no one showed up…while I’m paying the fees after the party they pretended that nothing happened, and their only comment was no one told us that you want the manager!!!!!!!! Poor management, bad organization, bad customer service, very bad experience…….More
Kids really loved it here, struggled to get them out of the water in the end! Was nice and quiet at the time we went which was good as the kids hadn’t done anything like this before so it allowed them to get comfortable. Heated warm water in the main slide area, clean. Staff were even kind enough to book a taxi through careem as we were in a rush to head off and struggled to hail anyone off the street. 10 min walk from metro stop too, was a real bargain compared to 1 hour drive to legoland and their costs etc.More
I hosted my son’s birthday party here and it was the best experience ever! Absolutely everything including the water slides, food, entertainers, birthday cake, party coordinator Rodney, photographer Komal, and the service in general was perfect!! The adults enjoyed as much as the kids did! Highly recommended 🤩🤩More
A wonderful place for kids and an equally amazing place for playdates too. A cute waterpark to enjoy with your family and friends and just perfect for summer season @splashnpartydxb It's fun, it's safe and it has yummy food.
