The place is dead with only 3 or 4 people. That says it all. None of our friends go anymore.
Comedy event was advertised on social media, then started an hour late with no updates. 100 aed minimum spend. The late start was a cheeky way to make you spend more money. By the time the event starts, most of the minimum spend money is gone!
Took over 5 months to get a teacher discount card. When I finally got it (last week of Dec), I was told that it would expire on 31st Dec.
In general, staff don't care if customers are unhappy. So many things wrong with this place.
Toilets are never stocked with toilet paper. Once I had to ask 3 TIMES for toilet roll. Eventually was sent to the toilets up the hallway.
So hot and sticky on the rare occasion that there's a crowd on the dance floor. Is the AC capped or something?
Food orders take so long, then it comes wrong. I'm then told I have to wait 20 more minutes for the right order. How can it take 20 minutes to add some cheese and bacon onto fries? The supervisor/manager (don't know who he was) didn't apologise, addressed my male friend and continued arranging his receipts.
Kamal is such a lax manager, couldn't care less. As I told him about the service, he said that he'd never had complaints before. That doesn't invalidate what I'm saying! He then joked around with my friend, so I stopped and asked if he was even listening to me. When I said that he must've noticed that none of us go anymore, that the empty bar is obviously cos people aren't happy, he said that's OK. Poor management skills.
