I just visited for the first time this fitness studio in Motor City, very easy accessible and I’ve been amazed of how fast I burn almost 1000 calories in just 30 minutes. I like the professionalism of the staff, and the new technology devices they got. I also had the roll massage. This equipment is so good and release the tension of the muscles. I would definitely make membership because it’s so easy to love calories in Sweat&Go!

Great place for super busy people like me in order to get slimmed or shaped, without extra efforts doing long workouts at the gym. Quite comfy. It reminds me more of spa, as their ambiance is very accommodating and calm. Also there are many facilities available such as private workout cabins, kids club next door, free wifi, valet parking, shower rooms. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Hospitality is on top! Highly recommended this place especially now with their special offers availability.

Today I visited Sweat&Go and I am so happy to find my favorite massage machine in Dubai. I used to go very often for the same sessions back in Europe. It’s a great pain reliever and in the same time it feels like a lymphatic drainage massage. I workout quite a lot and after the gym very often my body feels swollen, especially when it’s so hot outside. After the session I can feel immediate relief. I can highly recommend it :) Plus the studio is really beautiful and clean. I’m definitely coming back there again.
