So far not good! Checked in but the room isn’t ready. We’ve been waiting in the reception area for over an hour and it’s still not ready. This has been great inconvenience and very disappointing. No compensation has been offered neither no discount rate has been reimbursed. Highly NOT recommended so far. Not impressed! Detailed review to come after our stay

The amenities and the spacious rooms have exceeded my expectations. Kid-friendly pools, warm and welcoming staff, new and stylish interiors and I especially loved the kitchen. It truly felt like home. We stayed here for 2 weeks and we absolutely find it comfortable and complainint-free. If the weather was good, we could have walked to areas like Juffair Square. Other details: - Two spacious rooms. - Great breakfast buffet. - Excellent gym and pool. - Games room...would have loved if it was more of a toy room for kids.

Thank you for hospitality and nice and friendly staff but I gave u 3 stars because first of all it’s an advice there is no sleeper for the path room inside the apartment and the coffee and tea not enough for 3 people

Apartment is good, clean & spacious. Price is reasonable. One thing that annoyed me ( one time, upon check out, I forgot my eyeglasses & another time I forgot my phone charger, but unfortunately, they said thay could not find them though I am sure 100% they were in the room ) !!!

this is my first time writing a review for a hotel/aparthotel because the experience was THAT bad. this place lacks the word hospitality. every time you ask for the bare minimum (ashtray, towels, etc…) you have to keep asking for them everyday for at least 3 days. the only staff member that made our experience semi-hospitable is the bahraini guy (forgot his name) that carried us to our rooms, as well as aminah at the front desk. i can confidently say that i’m never coming back to this place ever again.
