Symphony Restaurant - Dubai

Pros: - Great location - Very quiet rooms and well insulated - Rooms and facilities are very clean and neat - Very friendly staff - Spacious and hassle-free parking - A nice small supermarket on the premises with all you may need at good prices. Cons: - Standard rooms are very small, not the size expected for a 4-star room. - The breakfast menu is very poor and limited. I've seen 3-star hotels with better options, especially when it comes to fruits and sweets. Fortunately, I'm not much of a breakfast person. - For the first time ever, a hotel in Dubai asks for a security deposit for a minibar that doesn't even worth $10. It contains a couple of soda cans and some overpriced tiny nuts and mini chocolate bars. They make you wait for 15 minutes at checkout while they check their treasury. It's a shame when you're paying hundreds of dollars for a 6-night stay, and they don't trust you with their worthless minibar. Shame! They should either remove it or make it optional. In conclusion, the hotel is good overall, but it doesn't quite stsnd up to a 4-star service; it's more like a 4-star hotel with a 3-star experience. However, if you're on a short business trip, not a breakfast person, and looking for an affordable, clean, and quiet room in Barsha Heights, it's still a good option.

I work at the hotel as manager in my city and i know to appreciate. This is a good hotel, nice rooms, perfect service in collaboration with the restaurant. Tasty food and everything that makes your holiday comfortable and wonderful, spa, fitness room, pool, barber, beauty salon. Everything you need is in the room. Hotel has a good location near the metro and various shops. There was a compliment for the birth day from hotel: nice and delicious cake. Pillows are wonderful) Reception is so helpful and smiling, they decide any request quickly. That was a pleasant stay! Thank you.

Good price, we got a free upgrade to a suite which was great and very much appreciated, parking is abundant and included in the price, the location is good for driving to different parts of the city and if you want to use the metro. The atmosphere and decor are lacking compared to neighbouring hotels, the breakfast is sub par at most. Good if price is more important than quality.💞💞💞

The concierge staff is so helpful always with a big smile on their face also the gentleman at the reception ...all the rest are rude they never smile and they are not willing to make you feel comfortable.... They checked the room on our check out if we destroyed anything or take anything....so we were standing there while the check was done...then the receptionist said u are OK for u to go! We were customers and not bloody crooks totally unacceptable!!!!I will never go to this hotel again....
