Convenient Location - Ample Parking - Disappointing Food - Avoid ——— Detailed Review Below ———— Tangerine - located inside the Bay Ave mall in Business Bay, Dubai - advertises itself as a Thai and Far Eastern restaurant - serving “the best of Thai, Chinese, Burmese, Singaporean, Indonesian and Malay cuisine.” Big red flag. I have learned through experience that places that serve everything generally make everything badly. I avoid such places but tempted fate here and stepped in, only to discover I should have trusted my first instinct. I have been to this place a few times and tried their Pad Thai, Thai Green Curry, Khao Soi amongst others. The food is ok but unnecessarily creamy and oily, without adding much to the taste. Their Thai Green curry, as an example, was cooked in cream and hence filling but not tasty. In an area that offers multiple decent eating options (including a fairly decent Thai restaurant) Tangerine is one restaurant worth walking right by. Visit this place 2-3 times per month. Nice food and atmosphere, especially winter night time. Had dinner here with my mom and dad. It was a great place specially now that the weather is kinder. The staff were very attentive. Don’t forget to stamp your bill with the restaurant to get extra parking hours.

My favorite Thai food restaurant. Every food I tried was all good. Even their drinks. I really love Thai food so I try to look for authentic restaurant. Finally I found. Here it is. Noodles, fried rice, Beijing kaoya and spring rolls. Whenever I tried, I was so satisfied. The price is also reasonable. All the staffs were so kind. And we can order online by their own website. Plus, they have some special chocolate for sale. I had a chance to try. It tasted nice. I guess those are good for gift.
