Tbh I was kind of hesitant visiting the salon initially due to a lot of negative reviews. I decided to try it today around noon for a haircut and classic mani/pedi. Erika did my hair and she was very gentle as my hair is fine and easily broken, very few stylists are usually this gentle and I’m often hurt when they pull at my hair strongly but she washed, styled and cut it into a short bob without tearing my hair or hurting me and I’m happy with the results. Jackie did my nails and it was excellent, she cleared the cuticles well as I have a lot of dry skin without hurting me or tearing at my skin/causing bleeding, again most specialists either don’t clear enough of the cuticles or end up tearing at your skin so she was well skilled and relatively quick. The ambience was relaxed and the place is nicely decorated which is also really important to me. The prices I felt were somewhat reasonable considering the quality of the service (250sar for wash, haircut and blowdry/style + 275 for both classic mani & pedi with standard colour, scrub and mini massage). I was also offered a complimentary hot drink and water which I appreciated. The place was near empty as they had just opened and so they were able to accommodate a mani pedi although I only booked for a haircut. Overall I’m pleased with the results and would return again.

Disastrous Kerarganic Treatment Experience My recent visit to this salon for a kerarganic treatment was nothing short of a disaster. Despite clear communication with the staff beforehand about my expectations, the application process was chaotic, with excessive product use and a terribly uneven application. The crucial part of my hair roots were mishandled during the first appointment, requiring a second visit that resulted in equally disappointing results. To add to the frustration, the refund process was slow, and I only received half the amount after waiting for two weeks. This experience was not only a waste of time but also left my hair in an unsatisfactory condition. Staff did not do anything to compensate for the horrible experience. Surely never visiting Aura again.

I had booked my reservation about 30min before the free time slot that I found on the app ,I got my nails done with Jackie ,and love it . I asked her for round short nail and that what I get as I want Will visit them again for sure 😍

I definitely recommend getting your nails done by Jackie. Her work is very neat!

I did both nail extensions and eyelash extensions, and here is my true experience. The nails were generally good; the ambrè color was so nice although I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to fix the spray device, which was broken and which was the only one they had. The nails were way too thick to the extent that I needed help from others to do a lot of things including opening buttons! I would rate the nails 5/10. For the eyelash extensions, I requested the specialist to show me pictures of their work so that I could choose, but she said none was available. So I clearly explained that I wanted a very natural look with less lashes than normal (this is my preference) and with shorter lashes that would range in length from inside to outside. When she was done, I was really shocked! None of what I requested was done: very long, same length, and very thick lashes!! I was very disappointed and the specialist seemed to be confident that her work was the best, which only made me more angry. The lashes were truly plastic, not even similar to any kind of hair. From the second day the lashes started biting my eyelid once any gentle touch happened, due to their terrible thickness. Five days later, my natural lashes started falling one after the other which was the result of the super thick lashes for which I paid 500SR!!! Not gonna be there ever.
