I’m already at the table, writing this review after the dinner! Before dinner, I didn’t know what I was going to experience. But now, I can’t wait for tomorrow night. Lots of great food to choose from. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I was able to make the perfect Persian dish by combining some Arabic and Indian food. ;) We had a great time.

Food 8/10. Choice 9/10. Atmosphere 10/10. Service was a bit lacking, maybe 5/10. Having experienced high end buffets and restaurants on the palm and downtown, the customer service is a step down from those. Cooks seem irritated if you ask them if they can slightly customize something on the menu or if you have an ingredient that’s not visibly available. Servers pickup plates and glasses without replacing them. You may have to be proactive in getting your cutlery and such. In short, would definitely return given the large food choice for an unbeatably good price, but keep my service expectations slightly low.

Overall, the whole ambiance, vibes, and the food were great. The service was a little slow as it was a full house. Turkish nights recommended on Thursdays!

I went to this restaurant for breakfast when I stayed at Grand Hyatt. The restaurant is so active and livery with many food corners. Viennoiserie right out of oven was fresh and very delicious. I also liked what they call "Kheema pav" which was a kind of Indian style hamburger made in front of me.

My mom went to have breakfast at their opening time 6:30 am, the options were much limited compared to the full fledged service they provide when you go at 9 am, as an example. Mohit in the dosa counter told her they are not ready and it will take 25 minutes to get things set up. She patiently waited but the dosa never arrived. She went back at 7 am and they had forgotten to make her dosa. The service was callous and disrespectful. No smile , no greetings - just a curt - come later we are not ready. When I went to have breakfast around 9 am, I was shifted to another place for breakfast and both Ankit and Shanti provided great service, were very attentive. The food options were different and there was falafel etc which was all not there at 6:30 am. The dosa counter was functional and everything was much quicker. Overall , it was a mixed bag and will rethink having breakfast here. Opening time of 6:30 means that one will expect them to be ready at that time without any lapses or compromise in service. In our case, my mom had a flight to catch and could not afford simply waiting for a dosa counter to be set up which took 30 minutes and 3 repeated reminders with a big ZERO for service and hospitality standards. The people in management responsible have small talk with other guests and do not ensure that the basic set up is operational.
