I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Dubai, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly and welcoming staff who went above and beyond to ensure that my trip was nothing short of amazing. Although there was a slight hiccup upon our arrival, as we had to wait for our room after a long 7-hour flight, the hotel staff quickly made it up to us. They surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champion and a beautifully arranged tray of cheese and fruit. I felt that this gesture was a sincere apology for the inconvenience we experienced, and it truly made us feel special and appreciated. What really stood out to me is when the hotel staff went the extra mile to decorate our room for my sister’s birthday. She had no idea it was coming, and the attention to detail and effort put into making it a memorable celebration was truly wonderful. It was evident that the hotel staff genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. The service provided by the hotel staff was top-notch throughout our entire stay. They were always available and willing to assist with any request or question we had. Their warm and friendly demeanor made us feel at home, and their commitment to providing exceptional service truly made a positive impact on our overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. The staff’s genuine hospitality, their willingness to go above and beyond, and their attention to detail truly set them apart. If you’re looking for a place that will make your trip truly memorable and leave you with great memories, this is the place to be. We enjoyed our stay at voco Dubai the Palm very much. The hotel and the rooms are so nice and let you feel relaxed and welcomed. The breakfast is very good and offers wide range of options. We also had dinner twice there and it was delicious. The staff makes a very good job and is always friendly and helpful. Specially Sanjaya was great and went the extra mile. The beach and rooftop pool is beautiful and perfect for some relaxing and sun bathing. The only thing we did not like was the loud music from the beach clubs nearby. During the day it can be a bit loud when chilling at the beach but it's not a big deal. At night during the week its also fine since it's not too loud and they shut it down at some time. But on the weekend the music is quite loud until 2 or 3 am. and forces you to sleep with earplugs for sure. It was okay for us, but definitely a downside if you are not planning to go partying by yourself. Definitely recommendable for your Dubai stay if you can handle the noise at weekend nights.

Really nice hotel with beautiful rooms and excellent service. The beach is also nice and the hotel has some nice sunbeds to relax in. But there are a few things to be aware of. For example, on both sides of the beach section with the sunbeds are beach bars / clubs and they will start playing music at around noon. Since you are right in the middle, you always hear two songs simultaneously, which can be quite annoying. Across the water on the other side there are also a few construction sites with skyscrapers being built, which does make some noise as well. But in the rooms, you hear neither the music nor the construction. One last con is the traffic at night. If you come back from the city in the evening or at night, you are pretty much guaranteed to be stuck in traffic for the last few hundred meters, which can take 10 to 20 minutes. However, I still highly recommend the voco hotel.

Located right on the beach, the hotel is perfect for relaxing and is in a good location for exploring all the sights. The breakfast is very tasty and there is a large selection. Very nice rooftop pool with excellent views, especially in the evenings at sunset. The beach, the rooms and especially the service of the staff working there are excellent. Every day you will be greeted warmly and with a smile by the staff. We had an excellent stay in Dubai. This hotel is definitely recommended.

Hotel was super nice, just in front of the beach, infinity pool on the rooftop it is everything you need for your holiday. Also west beach have a lot of beach restaurants to choose from so its like a small paradise island for your holidays. Special thanks to Liza that kept our room in every moment super clean and in order. Definitely will be back here soon.
