I booked this place and when I arrived I was told I booked a room with 2 single beds. This came to me as a complete surprise as I would never do that. I did find it strange when my booking wasn't confirmed immediately. The fellow at reception insisted I did and I then ended up paying more to get a different room. That being said overall the hotel was good.

My room was huge, that big I'd say it looked like it didn't have enough furniture in it. The room has clean and the bed comfy. I think a previous guest had smoked a cigar in the room as there was a lingering smell of old cigar smoke in the room

A good hotel locates in Juffair. Many super market places around.May be I missed some eat out joints or did not explore enough. All in all nice place where you can visit many lounges. This hotel itself has many lounges/pubs to visit but may not be worth.

Diva Hotel has come to age. Fortunately, the rooms have big size, two armchairs, twin beds were comfy. The breakfast is international with arabic, indian, emglish choices. The coffee cups are small, so my tip, take the mug from your room. Sadly, the room manager doesn't check the cleanliness of the towels as I would quit contract with supplier ahem laundry instantly. We didn't have a clean towel over a week stay. Don't blame the room service, they work hard and be very attentive. Yes, the building hosts a variety of bars, amusements and restaurants as you would expect. Anyone using the pool? Outdoors so hot, boiling eggs no problem. Bus stops 41/42 nearby (8 min walk), taxis in abundance, 2 shopping malls nearby, another across the road. We liked our stay and room views, thanks to all staff making our trip so memorable.

Overall evaluation the hotel us great for me, I like it too much and for sure I will come again. First reception help to upgrade my room easly to suit after pay the difference but bad luck ☹️ I've had a city view Room is fantastic out if jacosi leak but they fixed immediatly after I inform the majic room boy ARUN who take the action and reclean the whole sweet when they finish, really I was surprise they did the job quitly while I'm stay in the room because this happen upon my arriving and I was stay in room. ARUN doibg great job cleanning the room and make it in good shap after the big miss I've made every night Thanks 😊 for you all and see you soon Abd U will recomme d your hotel to all my frinds working in khobar and Dammam in Saudi 🇸🇦 Arebia. Bye bye Wahid hamza
