The Firm Slimming Clinic

I am so pleased with the results I've seen using the EMS machines at The Firm Slimming Clinic in Bryanston. Having tried The Firm franchise previously, I knew how great it was. I was on the hunt for one nearby as I wanted to start getting in shape for Summer, and was not disappointed with The Firm in Bryanston, and Janine and her amazing team. Along with great weight-loss results, my skin is a lot firmer and more toned than before I started my sessions. I thoroughly enjoyed the 'time-out' I was able to have while doing them, whilst still firming and toning my body. Janine and team were incredibly encouraging and supportive throughout my journey. I always felt comfortable being there and constantly looked forward to my sessions. Would highly recommend The Firm Slimming Clinic Bryanston!

Janine and her team are the most incredible supporters of my health and well-being. Janine's personal commitment to encouraging me to make time for myself is incredible. If it wasn't for her cheerleading and upbeat approach, I would have given up long ago. Life gets busy and the first thing to go out the window is usually self care. Not with Janine around! I have seen incredible results from using the EMS machines, and with the addition of the G5 machine, which targets stubborn areas (and we all have those!) I expect to see even better results soon. Janine and team are friendly, helpful, encouraging, positive influencers in my life, and I appreciate them all hugely. If you're looking for a partner in slimming and firming, there's no better place to go.
