The service was excellent. The staff was professional at all times and tried their best to make sure we have a great time. The food was delicious and fast when needed. There was a wide variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The room was clean and kept clean throughout our stay. We totally recommend it.

Incredible food! The selection differed every day without changing too much, and everything was delicious. We were served by Jenny, Hasina, and Ala who were amazing. Would highly recommend!

This restaurant at a 5* Andaz by Hyatt Hotel, Dubai the Palm, serves food of international and Asian cuisine. There’s a great choice of fresh fruit, delicious desserts, nice meet dishes and there’a even a vegetarian corner. Our 10-day stay at this place satisfied all our needs and even more. The restaurant team is very attentive and respectful, the guys working in this restaurant always welcome you with a smile and make your day unforgettable. Suvin, Teresita and Manoj you are very special and thanks a lot for our pleasant vacation 😊❤️

Andaz Dubai the Palm is a hidden gem! Stayed for 3 weeks and I have nothing but praises for this hotel. The Locale restaurant is my favorite! Their buffet breakfast selection and quality is beyond amazing! Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Excellent service! I can't wait to return again!

Our visit to The Locale was underwhelming. The terrace setting was indeed lovely, but the food was average at best. Despite appearing overstaffed, the service was slow and inattentive. As a table of four, we faced significant delays. The dining experience was further compromised by a service mix-up: our starter was served alongside the main courses, and one of our main dishes was entirely forgotten. The staff did apologize for these oversights, but it felt like too little, too late. This level of service is not what we expected and considerably diminished our overall experience.
