Ahmed &Abil are wonderful at their job! The room is spotless. We enjoyed breakfast with very friendly service of Khin, May & Prajwal. Management of hotel is very helpful and responding quickly to any request, special thanks to Emmanuel. Valley parking service is a big help. The chocolate hour is a cherry on top. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dubai.

I liked the hotel so much because of its excellent location and its great services that are provided by a professional staff. The room is very nice and has everything I needed. The hotel staff is both very friendly and professional and welling to provide any assistance.

Nicholas at concierge was amazing and helpful. Definitely recommend him. He is kind and courteous! Always helped us with our shopping bags whenever we’d come back to the hotel after a day of shopping at the Dubai mall. We loved the location due to close proximity to Dubai Mall. The restaurant doesn’t have many breakfast buffet options at the moment. However they will be opening the restaurant soon so that should improve the buffet breakfast otherwise great option for us as a family due to space and facilities.

Great hotel and location. Big rooms neat and tidy. Nice swimming pool. A special thanks to Khin, May and Prajwal for their extraordinary service and kindness at breakfast. Always ready to satisfy all needs.

Staff they don’t know anything about hospitality. I asked for slices of lemon to add to my water, they were liked it’s chargeable. I’ve never heard this in any 4 or 5 stars hotels The showers and toilet flash are horrible and not fixed The sunbeds have metal around them that burns you off if you didn’t watch out They advertise they have coconut water at the pool and always out of stock Not recommended at all
