Did hair keratin and color in 2022 with them,but didn’t add the review then as I wasn’t sure how to contribute to help others but now I am here on the platform so thought of sharing my previous experience so others can benefit. Poor service of both color and color washed off very soon and keratin didn’t stay for a single wash spent 450 Aed but useless

I visited this salon back in 2017 for lash extensions and have returned as a client recently, one lady who does the extensions always does such an amazing job and does them exactly how I ask/like! It’s a nice small salon, I haven’t done any other treatments other than lashes and therefore can only recommend that service. Great price and they won’t have you lying there for 2-3 hours getting the service done which is great for someone like me who is very time conscious.

I Have done my lashes in this salon 7 hours before my trip, and i told that Philipina lady to put only natural hair lash and only one line then she said yes yes of course i am professional 😭😭 😭 unfortunately she put for me plastic lashes which damaged my eyes and get infected 😫 instead of one line she keeps putting 3 to 4 in the same spot. The lashes are plastic and NOT ALIGNED She destroyed my eyes I can’t sleep with this plastic things. This is not acceptable and i will be coming to your salon once i come back 😡😡😡

Service was good. Jasmine did a good job in doing my eyelashes. But there was a lady that I didn’t like at all. I booked for 12pm appointment and could not make it. I asked if I can move it to 3pm. They agreed. And when I went there, she had been saying over and over and over that I ruin their schedule just for 1 extensions. That was my first time to try that salon. I admit I had a mistake of not coming on time but how she made me feel was not professional. She’s not welcoming at all. I ended up just doing extensions there when I was planning to have more services done at the same time. There are other more professional ways to talk to me. And it’s better to talk to me directly rather than talking loudly to someone while making me hear it. We have the same language. I understood everything she said. This is the least I expect from a fellow Filipina.

Dear All, I am a regular client and I usually genuinely do like their service. I have recommended couple of my friends to visit this salon as well. But this instance I received really horrible service. I booked for Tuesday at 7pm for Hair Roots Color and Full Body wax. I reached at 645 to start my service The Roots Color was applied and I was told to go my waxing, the new staff lady was given for my service. The new staff took more than 40 minutes to do my only legs and suggested to go for a wash, I genuinely did not want to dress again go out wash and then undress again. So I suggested if we can finish quickly and then wash. It took the staff another 20 minutes and 1 additional staff to finish only legs. I called back today and the staff has ganged up on me not wanting to refund or to fix my roots color. I was told that they will rinse my roots color with my highlights but they only washed it quickly. My hair looks like a clown and doesn't match. The staff called me the following day when I complained on Facebook and I requested to speak to the Manager but she said that the Owner and Manager do not talk to clients.
