This spa is clean, staff is very professional. I had the best massage here. Professional really understand human body and muscles. My masseuse could identify the pain points and address the issues. Reception staff is also very friendly and flexible. Thank you very much.

It's been 2 years I am using service from orchid and V elements Spa and must say I found the best experience from Staff by name alive number 17.. excellent service highly professional with magical hands and great commitment . I did try almost 80 % of staffs here but never the best as Alice as she is working from heart extremely dedicated and I would say she is the best asset to your company.Adela the SPA manager is another gem she is the best in understanding the customer and very friendly and great welcoming nature .

Best place to go after a long week of work and stress. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating, their massage therapist are trained and professionals, i highly recommend one of their staff Nadia. Their membership plan also add value to your money.

I had a terrible experience—the therapist didn't even smile, the facility wasn't very clean, and when I sent my evaluation to a WhatsApp number, no one looked it over or got back to me. I won't be going back because of the unfriendly employees. Not at all recommended.

Even after sending a mail confirming a price and a voucher, I still receive a denial regarding the agreed-upon price when attempting to use the voucher. There are other alternatives in the city that offer similar or better quality at lower prices. It's not worth the price for this one.
