Vapiano offers delicious pasta dishes that are rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. However, the restaurant's downfall lies in its inattentiveness to customer orders. Despite clearly communicating our preferences, our order was mixed up, which was disappointing. The lack of attention to detail continued throughout our visit, with slow responses to requests. On a positive note, the restaurant's ambiance is pleasant, with a contemporary decor and engaging open kitchen concept. While Vapiano's pasta is worth trying, their lack of attention to customer needs leaves room for improvement in their service quality.

Ravioli was salty. Spag Bolognese had no character even pasta was not aldente. Lasagna was so so. Salami Pizza was undercooked. No free bread for antipasti as most Italian restaurants offer. Ambience was okay but I don’t believe I’ll return if I want to enjoy Italian. Ciao.

Our favorite restaurant in Alain.. we love Italian food and Vapiano serves the real (authentic) thing! Great atmosphere, staff and servers...
