Ordered via the Entertainer app since no have their own! Order correctly reflected in confirmation email. Informational messages stating driver arrived at Wagamamas - he waited a long time. Driver did not know where I was despite clear address and location finder on my phone. Several phone calls later, and estimated time pushed out. Delivery arrives, tip the driver, and I’ve got someone else’s order. Call Wagamama who track my order and call back with, keep the Katsu, we will deliver your correct Ramen. One hour later I get lots of food but not what was ordered. They did try, but suspect super busy. I will still order from Wagamama since the menu is so good.More
Dropped in for breakfast with family and friends. First I have to say that I love eating at Wagamama - the ramen and all the rest are great. Just don't do breakfast there. I chose their take on eggs benedict - the buns were not toasted as promised, and the hollandaise cause was watery and tasteless. No condiments on the table. All 4 of us felt the meal was bland and the asian-take on the breakfast classics didn't add anything to them. To their credit, my wife had porridge and substituted the coconut milk with regular milk, and she said it was fine - so kudos to them for making the substitution with no dramas. Will I go back? Absolutely, but deffo not for breakfast.More
The place location is not the best but the food and service are like always very good. The soups are very yummy and worth trying, at the end the green tea ice-cream is must and beats all great ice-cream specialists. Overall recommendedMore
This wagamama is a slightly hidden one. The food is great as you would expect but what made this branch so great is Puneet. His client skills, smile and attention to detail are second to none. Highly recommended. More
