Overall pleasant experience and the ingredients were fresh except the shrimp dumplings which have weird taste. The collagen beauty soup base was flavourful and rich. The frozen tofu has very special texture and soft! Service was good and the staff were very attentive! The price seemed relatively pricey, cost close to $60 per pax without any order of seafood, as for meat, only 1 full portion of sliced US beef and 2 full portions of sliced pork collar!

The food here was awesome. Almost every item on the menu was special and taste great. They were great at recommending their specialty dishes which were special and flavourful. The Manager and his team of staffs were very friendly and happy. A special shout out to a staff named "hamburger", he was very friendly and his recommendations on his dishes were commendable, he made our meal such an enjoyable one. What's best was after 930pm there was an special discount. I didn't know but the staff told me. I just waited a few mins before ordering. How nice of them.

One of the rare few times I can super confidently put 5/5 for everything. Customer service is here is great. It has HDL vibes but it is one notch higher. Perhaps it is because Mr Hamburger is nice and approachable. Hidden menu: Ask Mr Hamburger to help you cook the lamian and he can actually give you 3 different variations of it (红油抄手，台湾冷面 & 台湾冷面with wasabi mayo). On top of that Mr Edo made sure we have dips to the VIP room for our party of 15 and even provided cakes with “Happy Birthday” Icing/flour to celebrate my friends’ birthday. Highlights: Collagen soup, drunken chicken soup, drunken prawn, smoked duck dumpling, Garlic fried rice, Beef balls with coriander, wagyu beef My friend made a remark “If they sell their garlic fried rice(which is $8), at Level 1 of shopping malls all over Singapore Wokhey might run out of business.”

Had a nice hotpot dinner.. soup is very tasty and i felt that the ingredients used are good quality. Liked how we can buy half a portion to try more varieties. The drunken prawns added to the herbal soup was a v good recommendation. Will visit them again.

Wonderful alternative to haidilao! similar concept but food choice offered is quite different! The drunken shrimp is so fresh it still jumps around. and the noodles, wow!
