Went for my regular manicure and pedicure. I was welcomed with my choice of drink (I chose hibiscus) and some dates and biscuits. The service was good and I was glad with the result. I wanted French manicure and it was as I expected. The staff were friendly. They use products made in Africa mostly natural ingredients and zero sulfate and artificial colors. I’m planning to return and buy their hair oil and body cream. They smell amazing.

I had an amazing experience at Zanzibar Beauty Salon! Mona is pleasant and meticulous, and she actually listened to my requests. I am beyond pleased with the results of my keratin treatment and haircut. They stock Inaya Zanzibar products and offer a variety of Tanzanian herbal teas to clients. Definitely recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Zanzibar Beauty Salon for a mini spa day which included a mani, pedi, hair makeover and facial, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I stepped in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I was immediately greeted by my facial magician (Azra). She took the time to discuss my preferences, offered valuable insights, and made me feel comfortable throughout the consultation. She also did my eyebrows, and I must say that my eyebrows have never been threaded as perfectly as she’s done them-truly a standout! The salon itself is chic and modern, with a clean and stylish interior that adds to the overall relaxing ambiance. The attention to detail in the decor did not go unnoticed. During the service, the hair stylist (forgotten her name, sorry) showcased her expertise and creativity. She carefully did the haircut and colour I desired, and I left the salon feeling like a brand-new person. The quality of the products used was my fav Kevin Murphy, and my hair looked and felt amazing. What truly sets this salon apart is the personalized touch and genuine care for the clients. They go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The pricing is reasonable for the level of service provided, making it a worthwhile investment in self-care. I wholeheartedly recommend Zanzibar Salon to anyone in search of a top-notch salon experience. I went to Zanzibar for the first time 'cause I wanted to try dying my hair. But I was kinda worried that the hairdresser might not be good with East African hair. Then, I found this awesome salon with great reviews. Lucky for me, I met Alma there, and she totally rocked it! My hair color turned out even better than I hoped. Alma's attention to detail and her love for hair is unreal. She's a hair magician, and now I can't imagine life without her weekly blow-drys. I haven't try other services but will update my review once I do.
