The staff was so helpful and flexible, they offered us late checkout as our flight was during the night time. Location is great as it is overlooking the Canal and it is usually 20 mins from all locations. Very near to city walk and Dubai Mall. Rooms are very clean, breakfast restaurant is located infront of the Canal ❤️ the ambiance is very soothing there. Love it and will definitely ho back to stay there.

It was an okay experience, Room is clean and the view is amazing.. The bathroom is a bit stained and looks like it’s dirty. Breakfast was the worst, not much of a variety and lots of flies there, i suggest you save the breakfast money and go for a nice restaurant with the same price. However the service is amazing and a big thanks to Janaka!

This hotel received mixed reviews. We complained about uncleaned rooms, citing a slow and lazy response to their requests for cleaning. The restaurant staff was deemed unprofessional, with dirty tables being a common sight. Issues with room amenities, such as non-functional phones, were reported. Additionally, delayed room service and unresponsive phone operators contributed to a less-than-ideal experience for many visitors. Room cleaning 🧹 was done at 8 30 pm.

Very nice comfortable hotel suitable for families near main road directly on waterfront of business pay with wounderf atmosphere at that time of the year to have a walk Nice breakfast and well equipped room The staff is very welcoming and nice and willing to help
