Nice hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet (Asian, Indian, Arabic and Western dishes). Most of the rooms have an awesome view over the city and/or the sea. They are on high levels. The pool and private beach is good. The staff are very friendly, helpfully and professional. Once there, I can recommend also to go to Observation deck 360 for a drink (Happy hour) and watch the sunset.

I had overall a fantastic stay at this property. Most staff are very attentive and courteous. Our bellman from Morocco was outstanding. I was very impressed by his service. My husband and I were even more impressed with how fast the guest services would respond to our request. It was very fast! I very much enjoyed the breakfast (compared to Conrad in Dubai) and the tapas restaurant. The room was nice and spacious with nice views. My only negatives are the staff at the top floor observation lounge area offered below average service and the valet people are way too out there asking for us to post a review including their name without even providing service to the guest. Other than that I look forward to returning and most definitely recommend this property!

When I arrived, I knew that the hotel did not consider my family important enough. They decided to accommodate my family to different way cheaper hotel with no beach access in the middle of nowhere with no reimbursement. My complaint was ignored by both this branch and head Hilton office. Before booking this hotel make sure your family is not second-sort, otherwise you might face some difficulties.

A very nice place to stay in, one of my best traveling experiences and definitely would love to come again. The hotel is very luxurious and a very good money value. The staff are super welcoming and very polite. The hotel over all has a very good sense of hospitality, and very accommodating. Their loyalty program is good, unfortunately if you book a number of rooms under a company reservation then you wont be able to claim your loyalty program rewards. The rooms are very clean and the service is great, they have lots of nice facilities and they have their own beach. When their rooms are loaded, they can move you to one of Ettihad towers which is more or less 50m apart.. so its also good Highly recommended

It was an amazing weekend, from the beginning till the end. The rooms, the pool, and whole of the area is clean. Everybody is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and the Buffet restaurant for dinner was very delicious. They have two amazing lift, with the view of the emirates palace and the sheikh palace. If I could give 6 stars I would give.
