I was at your bawadi mall branch in Al Ain today. The condition of the chairs and overall apperance is miserable, Do consider this in your future development plans,

They didn’t process the order even after almost 30 minutes. Only when we asked reason for delay they informed us that they need smiles coupon code to process the order. Horrible experience. Left the place without eating. However my previous experience was better and that day I gave smiles coupon after eating.

The quality of the pizza is (4/5) but they have a Very bad and very rude customer service from all the waiters in the AlAin mall and bawadi mall branches. Last week I visited the bawadi branch at 11:00 pm I choose a table and told them to clean the table and the flooring , but the waiter refused and replied to me " we will be closing within 30min and all the tables will be cleaned at once" . Actually I stopped going there and starting going to pizza hut
