Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful , reception and Housekeeping, specially security supervisor (Mohamed) he give me great assistance when I went to fluid club، and I had issue in my room and he came and assisted me. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Brand new rooms. Great pool and beach area with fun activities and good music/DJ. Restaurant food is tasty and looks fresh with reasonable prices. Best however was staff friendliness and hospitality, “Suresh” the lifeguard is a legend, super friendly and fun to talk to. Likewise, “Louisa” and “Sruti” at reception were helpful and welcoming. Everybody seems to be happy working there, which suggests good property management. Only remark would be noisy in room mini-fridge and a generator noise coming from the bathroom ceiling. Also, would have been nice to have a window in the room. All in all, quite happy with my stay and will def be back again.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Agus and Abibsha from housekeeping were very friendly and always made sure everything was good and that I had enough of everything. They were awesome. Will definitely stay here on my next trip… Keep up the good work….

The hotel was very big and spacious, rooms were amazing and quiet. Also the staff was really helpful and kind. For the food it had multiple options and a big buffet. Overall my experience was amazing. People who want to stay for vacation/bussines in dubai they should definitely try this hotel!

What a beautiful experience we had. The customer service was outstanding, staff were so attentive and very personable. I would definitely stay here again. Great location!! And so relaxing… modern facilities and everything you could want when you are on a relaxing holidays.
