Beautiful hotel! Love the room with sea view, the amenities and toiletries provided. We arrived very early and received excellent service from Reshikesh. He was very patient, protective and took the initiative to bring us to the spa so we can freshen up... We did wish the hotel can be more flexible to provide early check in. The bed is soft and posh but slightly sunken on one side… we will certainly come back again the next visit.

A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE OF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. SUCH A NIGHTMARE! I am making an update of how disappointing our stay was. 2 weeks prior to our stay, I have been communicating to the hotel that it will be our wedding day and I am looking forward for a magical time and stay. Decided to book 2 rooms for 2 days and 1 night. We received a small cake in the room with a HAPPY ANNIVERSARY which I mentioned it will be our WEDDING DAY. No attention to details. In addition to that I would like to point out the main reason why the visit was not very favourable and how unpleasant it was. On my wedding day, I asked the front office team if I can extend one more day since we are enjoying our time with friends and family, but unfortunately they told me that they are fully booked and they couldn’t give me the same rooms that we are into that moment. So I demanded for late check out which was I needed to call several times and spoke with 3 staffs (including 1 trainee) who are very unprofessional and trying to upsell rooms which is triple price of what we got. Poor communication between trainees and employees of the hotel. I wish I could express myself better if I spoke with someone who is really helpful and more knowledgeable about the situation. Just imagine how bad it was leaving our guests in our wedding reception just to do check out procedure in the hotel. It's a dreadful situation that a simple request is so impossible for them to grant. A very awkward moment for the newly wed. Nonetheless, we checked out and look for another hotel to spend our special day.

I was visiting Abu Dhabi for business and had the opportunity to stay in Sofitel for one night. It was a nice experience, the hotel has a nice location, excellent food, rooms are great with reasonable size. Due to the large number of occupations you only need to stay an additional time waiting for your time when you need something from the front office mainly the reception. Other than that excellent service.

This is a five-star facility. We stayed there for 04 nights and enjoyed each day of stay. The staff was very cooperative, helpful & polite and we really appreciate their hospitality. The food was good and so was service in the restaurant. The breakfast spread was extensive & very nice. There was only one incident when in spite of reminder, service was not provided in the room, may be due to some communication gap, which I reckon as an isolated incident amongst so many beautiful experiences at the hotel. Rooms were nice & cosy . The beds were very comfortable, sheets clean & pillows soft for comfortable sleep. Washrooms were of good size with bathtub, spic & span. Toiletries were very nice and of luxury brand. Room had tea & coffee maker with abundant supplies. Water was also supplied free of cost. Due to busy sight seeing schedule, we could not utilize facilities like pool, other resturants etc. Overall, an excellent experience.

Friday Seafood night is great! Celebrated my wife’s Birthday here, I give it a 4 star, services are great specially the staffs and food selections too. Highly recommend it.
