One of the worst experiences ever , The barber man was showing off like he the Owner of the full spa , I pay 3,500 for only normal Shaving And also he asked me to go and wash my face by my self I don’t have any problem with paying this amount Im ready to pay more if the service was good, You can smell cigarette in his hand when he shave , I went to the spa because the nearby spa was close in the same day , The problem with the reception guy he asked me how it was and the Barber was next to me so of course I cannot say it was really bad , I hope no one will face this problem with the same guy hopefully

The Spa is really nice and good Service!!! Haircut excellent... Wow! TOP The massage from the Indian guys.. Sorry I forgot his name... Was absolutely great!!! ❤️... Only the Hammam very poor... Money waste... Don't do it!!! I will go back... Thanks for this great service!!!

It was an amazing experience. The spa is clean and comfortable.I got massage, Mani and pedi , facial. I appreciate the effort of Akshay Kumar and Ujjwal.Akshay done the massage and Mani and pedi and Ujwal done my facial. They were courteous professional and thorough.I would go back and definitely recommend this spa

So the place looks nice inside although the entrance is on the side. I did pedicure and facial for the first time there (Ghubra branch) the staff are friendly I have to say BUT the service is way overrated! Pedicure I'll rate it 6/10 but facial ill give it 1/10! It's a Saloon/spa so at least you have to be having a sort of experience! I was taken to a room and relaxed and the guy started the process. Normally, the guy needs to explain the process like what is he putting now on your face and one does it do! Instead you just lay down and get your face splashed with whatsoever! So I gave and let myself chill for a bit but I couldn't why!?? Because the guy had his phone inside and every minute he gets a message and responds then he comes back to your face and splash you again with creams or liquids and it splashes in your eyes or nose not bothered to know if that is actually bothering! The guy left the room more than ten times in and out in and out! I do facial alot and the facial this place did is not facial it's just steam cream soap and cream and dry and your done! There is at least three to four steps of process was missing ( basics) like the metal thing they use to move the black spots wasn't done, the face hoover/ suck took him like 2 mins where normally it takes at least 20 mins to make sure your face is clean! I could have just washed my face at home 3 times and the results will be the same! Very disappointed thought it would be a good experience but it wasn't! Would I recommend to go again? No the price facial and pedicure was about 36 Omani riyals ----- not worth it at all

Hilda did for me the facial she's really good very soft and perfect results. Opus did the manicure and pedicure and we was really good too..
