The place is very beautiful and relaxing for the nerves, and all the workers here are very friendly and offer help as soon as they feel that someone needs it. A beautiful experience that I hope to repeat as soon as possible. My special thanks go to the beautiful woman with the wonderful smile, Noura 🌷 You are indeed a good choice for the comfortable reception and wonderful care of the hotel guests 🌷♥️

I like this place as it is clean and modern hotel. It has a nice swimming pool with three levels:70 cm, 130 cm and 2 m. And it is quiet long and warm. They offer good food, not high prices, area for kids to play. The only thing I don't like - we don't have doors between our room and kids room 😭😟 So to have some privacy inside your room it is hard. The view is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful. Almost all can speak English and will help you with any request. You can order food into your room, download menu from the site. Our family enjoyed staying here. Good hotel to spend holidays with family. You can enjoy quiet area, lots of places with pool view. There are several areas to order food or fresh cocktails, drinks, ice-cream etc.

The place is in good location , great housekeeping service and friendly staff. The only issue with the hotel is the security, the hotel is easily accessible from everywhere , you can enter the swimming pool from outside without entering the hotel. And security measures in the reception is not great as anyone can easily enter the room areas from outside. I didn't feel very safe to be honest. Other than that , every thing is perfect. I stayed at 2 hotels of the same chain and ther were totaly different Cleanleaness, all facilities need a renovation to be like a 5 star hotel The lights in the room, no electric plug beside the bed for charger, not well cleaned, you should make sure every thing is working before me entering the room. The personal tools like the sewing kit, the tooth brush, the sliper the hair shampoo They were very poor i had only a shower gel and a body lotion and they were not caped and not seeled. I had to change the room because of the tv wasnt working and the hot water wasnt fast comming and the bord under the tv had dust clutters
