When reached by phone on WhatsApp, they said they open at 10 am and do not require reservations, especially if it is just one person coming or a group of less than ten. When I got there last weekend, their receptionist said they open at 1 pm and require reservations. We received no call, text or email with an explanation or apology from management.

Amazing fun for the kids. Excellent price (160/hr) and kids had so much fun. Safe and great staff support. Super compact course and a climbing wall. One issue - parents need to sit outside in the heat, no indoor seating for parent to cheer the kids, hope soon they make a table or two for the parents.
