totally new concept for bodybuilding club's .. besides its luxurious and wide space plus a large variability machines or weights comparing to most clubs...... there is a nice relaxing place to eat or drink inside ...that releases all the training stress .. they even have place to exercise in the last floor in the open air... a nice and new concept In Cairo , and for me :)

Worst gym in egypt in terms of staff and coaches. Coaches are arrogant and unprofessional. You often find coaches fighting with their clients. There are no policies in this place. As much as there are machines but its very crowded and the community ruins it. AC is always switched off. Lastly, coach ibrahim is very arrogant and useless coach. Overall, a ghetto gym

Way too overcrowded, having to share machines with 3 people at peak hours. Machine condition is satisfactory, though the gym is always stuffy and warm.

Used to be a good gym. Machines are not well maintained. Not as clean as before. Missing parts and handles...

The gym is great but the EMS entity are not professional at all, they know how to find reasons to take away your sessions that have already been paid for. Horrible experience wont recommend it to anyone! Dont get deceived by the nice treatment..
