EDIT: going through the reviews here can easily identify tons of fake reviews. Just look how many people say it's great with one review on their profile. Would advise management to focus on offering a decent product rather than spending all their time on marketing.
It's really bad. The food quality is completely non-existent. They seem to rely on having novel and interesting items in the menu, but they all taste pretty bad. We tried different items, and each was worse than the last. Wouldn't recommend anything, be it drinks, sweets, potato snacks, or corndogs. It's all extremely poorly prepared and either too sugary or too sour.
The funnel cake sucked. The churros were really super bad and just had too much sugar. The tiramisu canoe was absolutely unbearable. Even the drinks were too heavy on syrup. Nothing at all was well made or remotely balanced.
Their service was also slow and lazy. We had to ask for napkins and gloves and the like multiple times. The bamboo straws they use, while a novel and interesting attempt, add a very unwelcome taste to the drinks.
The only redeeming quality is that the outdoor seating is nice and the atmosphere is nice. But that's something you can also get at any surrounding place. It's also not expensive, especially given that you'd be sharing because most things are too sweet or too sour for any person to eat alone. But it's not really a price issue, it's the quality disaster that's the deal breaker.
Would highly recommend avoiding.
