Worst experience i had, i bought a laptop and it seemed that it was sold before and returned due to defective hardware, they sold it to me as new and definitely next day it showed the defect. I returned back to their customer support who are the worst on this planet. Still cant get a feedback on how my device issue will be resolved. Please do not buy from this store, no after sales service, no proper warranty, no customer service!

I had a terrible experience shopping at XPRS Electronics Store. The customer service I received was unacceptable. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting me. When I brought up a problem with a product I purchased, I was met with attitude and no resolution. I also noticed the store seemed disorganized and the products were not well maintained. I was extremely disappointed with my experience and I would not recommend this store to anyone

Excellent service , very professional but very pricey, you know you are paying for exclusivity here as they are powered by tradeline stores , they also offer a variety of good installments plans if you are looking for one , an overall good experience
