The hotel is typical "IN" and "GO" as there nothing much to do within the hotel with no surreal views, walk ways, activities, etc. The gym is somehow operational but pool is just a gimmick. Its a budget hotel to suit just business needs. The breakfast buffet is decent, location is conveninet, price is fitting budget and staff is super frinedly.

I visited their Al Dallah restaurant, the dinner buffet cost was only 6KD (through sheel coupon) & it had 2 soups and many main courses of Fish, chicken, beef, mutton & veg along with rice, sphegatti, breads etc.. Varieties of salads & a number of desserts were there as well.. It was totally worth it, the ambience was nice with beautiful lighting & nice music.. The staffs were very nice as well.. I'm planning to dine in there again once a month at least 😍

Hotel is run down and beginning for renovation. Neighbourhood is full of decaying abandoned buildings as well. Fair value for a stay in Kuwait city, however. Beach or Al Mubarakyia market is just 10 min walk away

For sure not a four star hotel, 3 star is the correct rating. I stayed for two nights, the room size was ok, the bed too. Nice staff, but require training. Also, the check in and out processes should be reviewed to allow smoother experiences. The washroom was ok, yet it felt confusing and scattered; there was a tub and a small shower box. The hotel felt very old, it needs an urgent refreshment and decoration; especially the general areas like entrance, lobby and main restaurant.
