Didn't know quite what to expect as this medical centre is outside of the usual Pearl/West Bay/Lusail vortex (my unwillingness to travel far at the heart of it). After making the vast cross city trek (20 minutes), I was rewarded by meeting Dr Randa, who may possibly be the most personable medical practitioner I have ever met. Quick witted, yet tactful and incisive, there will be no gilding the lilly and all treatments will be appropriate - nothing superfluous. If you see someone that looks like Cary Grant come back from the dead, you can thank the esteemed doctor ;-)

I had a great experience yesterday at the center. Receptionists were very kind, helpful and welcoming. I had a hydra facial session with Nada, she was very polite and patient , listened to everything I requested and made me feel very relaxed. Definitely will be visiting again for other services. Additionally prices are great , hoping they stay like that with the quality of service provided.

The service provided was unsatisfactory, as my appointment was frequently postponed. Additionally, I was deceived with false promises of replacement sessions by the manager, Dunia. Despite her assurance, there was no record of the promised replacement sessions. Overall, I do not recommend this service as it fell below my expectations.

The service is excellent. Pain free LHR. Very clean centre and it smells fresh and amazing thru out. Professional staff and welcoming reception. The machines are new and the room is neat and spacious. Prices are super reasonable. Definitely recommend.
