My last 5 or 6 hotel stays has been within the Radisson group, but this was one my worst stays with Radisson. I arrived after midnight, and no one was at the front reception desk. Once the receptionist eventually came, he checked me into a room on the 3rd floor. Upon entry, there were roaches and bugs in the bathroom and also in the bedroom near the bed. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was not working, so I went back to the reception and showed him a video of the roach. He said that the 3rd floor is known to have an infestation problem with roaches and bugs, and that many people have complained about this, but nothing has been done about it, and they are still checking guests into rooms on the 3rd floor. I asked him why the hotel was still checking guests into the 3rd floor if there is a problem like this. I was shocked and wanted to leave to a different Radisson nearby, or to a different company, but since my booking was made online and through the phone, I was refused the cancellation refund, and it was hard to find other hotels in the area at this time. He apologized, moved me to a different room and said management would resolve the issue in the morning. I checked back in the morning, but management would not come and discuss the issue. I was told to check back another time, and was told that the entire 3rd floor was closed due to the infestation of roaches and bugs. I tried to speak to management again in the afternoon, but was refused, and told by another receptionist that there is no issue with the 3rd floor and that guests are still checked in and staying there. I was forced to stay for another night, since nothing could be done about the booking process, and they wouldn't move me to a nearby branch hotel within Radisson network. I checked back again the next morning, and still no follow up from management, and was told different information again from reception. Later on that day, I checked out, and requested management again, only to be told that they are not available and that there is no issue.
Also, there was no view from the window, except a wall.
The furniture was old and some was not in a good condition

limited breakfast selection
No follow-up or support from management
Not a good experience at all
I have since stayed with a different hotel chain
