Excellent service and a best place to eat with family and friends. Staff was very helpful and friendly, they gave us best advice while ordering and the food was authentic grill with amazing taste. They arranged a place for us to offer salah for ladies also. Ambience is very inspiring and comfortable. They served complimentary tea at the end which was indeed very aromatic and refreshing.

Nicely renovated restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating area. Beautiful decor and half open kitchen shows a clean working area. The food is delicious and we'll prepared; Dolma,mix grill and appetizers we're all good. The restaurant has a washroom for men and women.

Ankawa is located near Dammam corniche, a good restaurant for grills. I liked the shish tawook and Iraqi kabab it gives the meaty taste less spices a good combo with the hot and soft bread they serve. The bread is very very appetizing, normally when it comes to grills we don’t eat bread or rice but this was so good that we ended up ordering (eating) 6 pieces in 4 people. The quantity is little less so we had to order another plate of kabab but that’s okay. We had entertainer also which worked well for us. The only part I did not like is seating is near the butcher place and could see not only the seekh preparations but the raw meat hung although outdoor seating is very good but due to hot weather we could not sit. Definitely will go back again.

Visiting Ankawi restaurant has been a different experience altogether. Getting into the hotel, the ambiance is really welcoming with a family friendly environment. There are seating options with family sections indoor and outdoor…. It’s an amazing option if you want to enjoy good Arabic food in a pleasant weather. The food served here satisfies your cravings to an Iraqi cuisine….with various options and price ranges. Service is good and the staff caters to your needs.
