Outstanding service and lovely staff I did not stayed in the hotel but i had my breakfast there. I liked the varieties and the service. It clearly appeared that the team was carefully selected👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 .

All services provided are super excellent, food is extraordinary. We as a team like the place and hospitality so much. I was realy impressed as the first time visiting this place. The hotel is very tidy and organized, high cleanliness and prompt and courteous customer service. I remember dealing with an employee who was very good at her job, quick to deal with, and kind. Her name is Nagham. Thank you and we will repeat this experience with you soon 👍

During our stay in this hotel over the beginning of EID holidays, there was an ongoing construction project within the vicinity. The hammering sound bouncing back into the walls and was heard in our hotel room early in the morning. Such an annoying noise that was. The breakfast buffet selection is not worth paying SAR150 per person. The location of the hotel is perfect, service is excellent, staffs are friendly, the hotel is clean and has modern facilities, amenities and rooms.

Had the pleasure of staying at the Braira Al-Ahsa Hotel for 6 days and I must say was impressed. The staff were excellent always willing to do help and make you comfortable. I most definitely would want to stay here again next time I'm in Al-Ahsa. In particular, Esra Alsubeiha was very helpful, and nothing was too much trouble for her.
