We had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay at the Hyatt. The space was tidy and spotlessly. The facilities were excellent. The decorations were outstanding. The dining area, foods and waiters were so friendly and professional. It's a perfect place to stay in. All in all, everything is fine, and we will most certainly return. Highly recommended....

From the moment I arrived, the Saudi welcome crew showcased their professionalism and provided a warm and inviting atmosphere. Their efficient and swift check-in and check-out process made me feel valued as a guest right from the start. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a cozy and immaculately clean space that instantly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and comfort was evident throughout, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The room's ambiance was both soothing and inviting, creating the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The hotel's restaurant truly stood out as a culinary delight. The flavors and variety of the dishes served were nothing short of exceptional. Each meal I had was a mouthwatering experience, leaving me craving more. The talented chefs and attentive staff ensured that every dining experience was memorable, and their dedication to culinary excellence was evident in every dish served. We are here for Microsoft event. Parking facilities and beautiful meeting halls and the ambiance. Coffee and juices have a special spot and smoking area near by. For food dining area 70/100.

This hotel is a classic, located in a very good spot, reception team were very helpful, and breakfast resturnat was satisfactory. On the rooms side, old, and needs upgrade, housekeeping don't replace amenities and I had to call them to do so. Inside the room you can only find three bottles of water which are hardly enough if you stay In the room and work like I did, I had to ask for more water three times at night and I was neglected by the person who got the request though everytime I was assured someone is coming, really poor service!! I don't belive this is the standard of such hotel nor the service level u expect!!!

Visited back in 2020 and the hotel was great. Rooms were in great condition and all the facilities were well maintained. Considering it's a new hotel, we had high expectations especially being a part of the Hyatt regency group, however, we were let down by the absolutely awful interactions with the front desk employee. We have booked 4 rooms and we've requested for them to be next to each other or at least on the same floor considering that we are a family. To our surprise upon check- in none of the rooms were even on the same floor and you needed key access to visit other floors. We asked the employee upon check in to fix this issue but he responded in a non appropriate way and was unwilling to help. Terrible management and staff, good hotel.
