Worst experience for a long time for me, don’t recommend this hotel. Main issue was in loud construction works, but even without them hotel was bad - 24/7 construction works in the nearest building and loud construction works inside the hotel that started 6 am - everything is so noisy and feels cheap (door in my room was hard to close, the same about shower door, pool table that can be heard on every floor when somebody plays, chairs and doors in restaurant are loud as well) - breakfasts were poor in terms of food choice, they have omelette station but cooker didn’t speak english to tell what ingredients are available - room control system don’t work without card, so you can’t indicate that you need your room to be cleaned if you outside the room

Spotlessly clean, great service, excellent breakfast, situated in a relatively quiet area of the city and not too far from the airport. Great value for money. Will definitely stay here again when i visit Riyadh. Strongly recommended.

We stayed for a month and enjoyed our stay at Erfad ! The staff at reception Rayhan, Al Hanouf and F&B team were super helpful and kind. I can’t be more grateful for their excellent service! Location is good : close to everything and located in the center of Riyadh.

Not for me. Fixtures and finishing a looks good and room size is good. Beds are rock hard. No gym, nice roof top pool. Card reset and power switched off in middle of the night. Room wasn’t ready for check in at 4pm. Fire alarm went off at 5am twice. Room service food was well priced, actually whole room rates and food were very low in price which. Food was just okay.

This is one of the newest hotels in this area and the facilities are great except that the gym is still not ready. My overall experience was really good, especially the staff is very friendly in particular Mr. Abdul Aziz at the Reception and Mr. Adil, who was looking after the housekeeping. My stay has breakfast included, and the breakfast options were really good, including live cooking. Highly recommended!
