This hotel was such a great booking! The front staff are super friendly and attentive, they remember the things you ask them about, and check in on you as well. The rooms are so luxurious - beautiful bathroom area! Comes with a rooftop pool and small gym as well. I would like to especially give thanks to Noorliza for her wonderful service. Her room cleaning service was amazing, she always asked how our day was, and she also asked if the service was to my liking and if there was anything else I would like changed. Every time we came back into our room, everything was cleaned up nicely and thoughtfully. The room service menu was decently priced as well. The beds are very soft though, so if you prefer that, then that works great. Highly recommend this hotel!

Best hotel it look like kampong style. But the problem is. Is the rugs or carpets have some flea or bugs. My feet was very very itchy.That I had to scrub my feet 4 times. Rooms are okay service very very excellent. Good job

A short taxi ride from airport, we had warm welcome from the front desk. The room is unique Nyonya style design, you can't find anywhere in the world! The swimming pool is the highlight, day and night have totally different view. Will definitely stay here again next time!

We booked the heritage room and was surprised by the decoration and condition of the room. It was spacious and clean, decorated with items representing Singapore, like the sewing machine table leg, rooster crockery, rattan chair etc. Service was impeccable as front desk staff remembers guest name, service staff are polite as well. Roof top pool has amazing view of the city albeit with a little obstruction.

I stayed here for X one night, and it was my first time in Singapore. Everything was very good; the room was clean, and the view I got was very beautiful. What I like the most in the room is the equipment. The foot spa is amazing. I love it, and thanks to the receptionist, Roy. He is very nice and offers good service. I will definitely go back and stay here again.
