Pathetic amount of toppings. Really cutting costs. Been ordering for many years, since they were in Sixth Ave. The pizzas today were more like Margherita - all other toppings were almost non-existent. I will be looking for a better place for my pizza.

Poor customer service to amend a simple order. Pizzas came cold and dry. Turns out their 2 for 1 “special” is not the same price. One Standard XL costs $44 vs the price for two is $54 which is considered as false advertising in most developed countries. Surely this practice is illegal in Singapore?

Hands down the worst online ordering experience ever. Website doesn't work; tried to submit order on mobile almost 10 times but couldn't because the Check Out button kept randomly disappearing. I even signed up for an account thinking it might help but it didn't. Had to place order via desktop instead. Very frustrating experience. And after I submitted my order, I got an error message (forgot to take a screenshot), goodness knows if they really got my order. I didn't receive a confirmation email so I have to call the outlet now. I would have ordered from another pizza place if they weren't the only one with bacon cheeseburger flavour. Whoever programmed their website needs to go back to school. I should have called their hotline but couldn't find the number. UPDATE: I managed to find the hotline number when I searched for their outlet contact no. If you want to order, CALL THEM at 6241 0241, super helpful staff. They accept cash & debit/credit card. Don't bother with their website.

Nice family-run take away Pizza store. Had two pizzas which were piping hot and tasted delicious.

Staff told me will be 20 mins wait. It ended up being 40 mins wait even though there wasn’t any queue and only one other order Shouldn’t have wasted my time with them
