This company has terrible sizing. They make women feel like they’re fat. In all shops I always have size 20. Sometimes 18. With this company I ordered size 26 and it was still small. I ordered 28 then, and it was too baggy and I feel like fat elephant in that dress. My self confidence and self-esteem is out of the window. What they’re doing is so wrong.

Awful Company, haven't delivered the things that i have paid for, and then said i was lying because they record all of their employees when picking orders. A load of rubbish. Items were missing due their mistake, and they wont replace the items that I purchased and paid for. Will be making a chargeback for the items not received. Appalling customer service.

GUYS PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT CALLS FROM THE NUMBER DISPLAYED ON HERE‼️, THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT WORKING FOR BOOHOO AND ARE IN FACT SCAMMERS OUT TO TRICK YOU INTO BELIEVING YOU WOULD BE A MODEL FOR BOOHOO, BOOHOO HAVE NO NUMBERS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ARE A CHAT BASED CUSTOMER SERVICE, THESE SCAMMERS SELL U DREAMS AND ASK FOR MONEY FOR DIFFERENT THINGS BEFORE U GET UR SO CALLED ‘PAYMENT’ FOR THE EVENT THEY CLAIM YOU WOULD BE WORKING, IF ANY RANDOM PERSON (MOST LIKELY A FEMALE) DM’s YOU ON INSTAGRAM CLAIMING TO SCOUT PEOPLE FOR BOOHOO IT IS A SCAM‼️, DO NOT GIVE YOUR DETAILS ETC, THAT PERSON WOULD PRETEND TO GIVE YOUR DETAILS TO SOMEONE WHO WORKS FOR BOOHOO THEN CALL YOU AND TRY AND SCAM YOU INTO GIVING MONEY‼️ BOOHOO ARE AWARE OF THIS SCAM SO BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY SCAMMED US‼️‼️‼️

Don’t work at their factories or their subcontracted suppliers because you’ll just be a slave. They don’t let you leave until an order is complete.

Never again. High standard delivery fees plus unexpected custom charges on small order.
