My kids (11, 7) had lots of fun.. i booked 2 hours slot and was not quite sure whether my kids will be entertained for the full time and expected they will get bored. but to my surprise they not only utilised the time in full but wanted to come back again. they were super tired by end of the 2 hours. glad we went there.More
I agree with the previous review of "terrible customer care" and "arrogant staff" - I saw that since my son's birthday party 3 years ago at Bounce, and today I realised customer care hasn't improved. I brought two 11yo boys to Bounce today for 2 hours. I put on my socks and went nearer to the jumping area (NOT inside jumping area, just outside the net) to take pics of my kids, a staff stopped me and said I cannot be in that area without grip socks. I went out, put on my grip socks and came in to try take pics of my kids again, and another staff came promptly and said I can't be there without a Bounce band on my wrist. Of course I did not intend to jump, so I had no band! What infuriated me was the lack of goodwill or helpfulness from Bounce staff. There's no offer of "if you want to just take a pics, take 10 seconds then you should leave", or offer to take pics of my kids for me because I wasn't allowed there. All in all, the staff was thoughtless and totally useless - considering themselves to be police rather than helping hands. They need much better training on using both their brain, heart, and common sense.More
Outrageous that their policy is to only allow Bounce approved socks as long as they are Bounce socks!!! in other words, you cannot wear socks from their competitors and you are obliged to buy their new socks. Ridiculous and terrible customer care and response.More
