We had a perfect lunch @Chakri Palace, KLCC. Ordered the set menu: PERFECT! Steam fish, Tom Yum, Fish Cake, Mixed Vege to the dessert, all tasted so good!More
Dined on Thursday 15 April There were two more tables at that time Food came out nice (Tom yum was still too (I mean “too”) spicy despite I asked to be “mild” Rest was great More
Dined solo today right now on 3 Oct Saturday at 4:00 pm at the left side near the wall at the table in front of the mirror. Ordered Tom yum red seafood less spicy , pad Thai less spicy , sticky rice and water. Water and sticky rice was perfect. Tom yum and pad Thai I am sure tasted well , I tried to eat but could not as it was too spicy. I didn’t eat (see photos) and servers just came and collected back without asking “how was your food ? Why didn’t you eat “ etc and presented the bill. Of course I paid as the desert was great I will come back for the dessert More
This place has been going bad to worse since it first opened. The quality and presentation is nothing to shout about and the staff lack knowledge about the food. Not to be bias here but with these prices, you can have an authentic Thai feast at most places outside. Not to mention, the astronomical price for normal water!! The hype is gone with competition outside and unless they buck up, I foresee it getting worse. More
Being a foodie; I feel so ashamed to have brought my family to dine here. A total disaster. Food was exceptionally bad (my omelette; fish in the tomyam tasted damn fishy yucky); food presentation was horrible (considering that the restaurant resides in KLCC; I would have expected something way better than what was presented to me). Service was nevertheless ok. Ambience = so and so. Value for money = zero (for RM 450 ringgit I would expect my seafood tomyam; kangkung belacan; omelette; pandan chicken; salted egg sotong; miengkam to taste like what RM 450 should have tasted. All in all; am not recommending this restaurant at all.More
