Well sealed and well flavored order. They did not mention it would be spicy but that’s fine. Chicken was very delicious. So simple sandwiches nothing complicated or overwhelming. They have nice deals for the delivery. Prices are fair.

My recent dining experience at the ChickKing branch located in Century Mall left me with a somewhat positive impression, falling just above average on the rating scale. While there were notable strengths, a few areas left room for improvement. Beginning with the positive aspects, the restaurant's location within Century Mall provides a convenient and accessible setting for patrons. The ambiance is inviting, featuring a clean and modern interior that contributes to an overall pleasant dining environment. The staff members were generally courteous and responsive, enhancing the overall customer experience. The menu at ChickKing offers a diverse selection of chicken-based dishes, showcasing a range of flavors and cooking styles. The pricing is reasonable, aligning well with the mall's demographic. I particularly appreciated the variety in the menu, allowing patrons to choose from different chicken cuts and preparations. Moving on to the food, the classic fried chicken I ordered was satisfying. The exterior boasted a commendable crunch, and the chicken inside was moist and flavorful. The side dishes, including fries and coleslaw, complemented the main course well. The portion sizes were reasonable, providing value for money. Service at this branch was generally efficient, with staff members being attentive and prompt in fulfilling orders. The seating arrangement was comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the dining area contributed positively to the dining experience. While the positives are noteworthy, there were a few areas that could benefit from attention. The waiting time for the food was slightly longer than expected, and this aspect could be improved to enhance customer satisfaction. We recently availed their National Day offer and loved it! For just 49aed we got a variety of items including 2 burgers, 2 wraps, pizza, 6 chicken strips, 6 chicken pieces and more! The food was good and we truly enjoyed it. I was impressed by the quality of the pizza, the base was soft. We also enjoyed the spicy broasted chicken and spicy mayo was a great dip as well that came along with the combo. The quantity of everything was good for a group of 5-6 people.

I had ordered fresh green salad and french fries. Very disappointed. I had mentioned in written as well conveyed message through agent that to provide it fresh as its for the pregnant lady to which they delivered the rotten old salad. The image in the Zomato is misleading . So don't trust guys as well the lady Marilyn the branch staff ...sorry to say ...she's the worst, rude and doesn't want to listen. Kept on arguing. I told several times I haven't even eaten yet because I saw rotten tomatoes and lettuce wasn't fresh but still kept on denying. Shared the images in Zomato also. If the restaurant can't provide the fresh food just don't accept the order. Why are you taking risk as well doesn't want to resolve the issues also. But just keep on arguing . Is this how the customer service it is. The standard of the branch is low. M so much disappointed the way the staff spoke. This is the first and last time . And to all my followers and viewers I request not to go for this.

Never recommended. We were provider with old chicken , even the taste was poor. Please avoid at any cost. Old bones are visible in pictures. Responsibile authorities should take action
