Absolutely loved the new dining experience which included set menu for 2 - a kilo of the seasonal cray fish marinated in spices and braised in garlic. Delicous little things, which I've never had before. Yummy prawn crackers (my favourite snack), salted edamame, crayfish spring rolls, dry hand pulled noodes, and Chinese vegetables. As a dessert we were offered fresh plate of seasonal fruits. To top it all up, included in the set menu was a bottle of either red or white wine. We opted for white grape (Sauvignon Blanc), which was fruity and crisp and it nicely complimented our seafood experience. Our waiter Anna was absolutely lovely, checking on our table regularly, topping our glasses with more wine and making sure we were having a pleasant evening. From the first moment of booking our table until the goodbyes and thankyous at the end, we had fabulous night out with the best service provided to us. Compliments to the Chef, the whole crew and Dai Pai Dong management!! Well done and we'll be back :)More
