Guest Services ! What a misleading impression by Dubai Parks and Resorts... We, as two dads with our two kids planned to go DPR and made online purchase of 2 tickets at mentioned price ( no special promotion price etc.) a day before assuming that we may use our Dubai Entertainer Vouchers to get 2 more tickets at the entrance gate. However....Person from Guest “No” Services desk informed us that we were supposed to buy the tickets at the counter only (!) jn order to use Entertainer voucher. Despite our all explanations that there was/is No information neither on DPR website or Voucher app as such warning for customers for this rule, they repeated themselves saying simple “No” and could not even listen to us...Due to their attitude we wanted a refund of our tickets , they said that tickets are non-refundable!! Perfect trap for poor visitors in our situation , right? As we were there mainly for happiness of our kids for few pleasant hours, we HAD TO buy one more ticket at HIGHER price level (!) so that they can give us 1 free entrance finally... However, our level of positive energy and moral were already down.. What should i say... Thank you ! Dubai Parks and Resorts management for your quality of “NO” service and customer satisfaction. It is a must visit if you are planning a trip to Dubai. They have 4 parks in one location but try not to include too much. 2 parks in one day is possible. Let's see if i remember...they have motiongate which is hollywood park with rides and thrills, legoland which is mostly outdoors and quite tiring after a while, Legoland waterpark which we skipped so i can't comment on that and oh, they have Bollywood park which is a little bit of thrill if you like indian movies. 4 week back, I requested to upgrade my annual pass to VIP but I was surprised when they rejected my request saying that upgrade is not allowed and that I have to spend the whole year with normal pass. 1- First of all nobody made me aware of any rules or restrictions when I was renewing my Family annual pass from the park office. So How can I know what is allowed and what is not!!!! 2- The customer service did not inform me about any offers or options when I was renewing my pass. 3- We are group of 5 families they new about VIP offer and did it but because I renewed before them I did not know and now my kids supposed to split from their friends when using the rides. 4- I really wonder how the upgrade is forbidden; I have not seen this any other place. It is really disappointing. 5- I made 2 complaints at the park offices 4 weeks back and nobody even contacted me.Read more
Had free entrance during International Women's Day. All rides are either having long ques or having technical difficulties. Overall experience is good. One day is not enough to finish all theme parks as it is very huge. Though transportation is a bit hard if you will be commuting and taking the public transportation. Bus is always full so we have to take taxi from there.Read more
