Feather & Bone is a butcher, deli and high quality food product shop on Gage Street in Central. Opening hours are 8am to 9pm daily. We stop here for purchases from time to time. This is a great place to pick up find high quality meats, cheeses, veggies, salts & seasonings, sauces, pastas and other premium food stuffs. They offer up coffee, a few wines and spirits as well. There is dry-aging facility on location so you can reserve spot for beef purchase for dry-age processing for up to 45 days. Note: They have another branch at the Bohemian House on Des Voeux Road West in Sai Ying Pun with indoor seating for those interested in lunch and dinner.

I go to the one at Happy Valley most of the time, first time walking uphill to the Central shop. Never a disappointment, love their food, service, and recommendations. Good burger, steak, fish, chips, etc. Looking forward to their new Tsuen Wan's shop. Hopefully, I can make my way there to try as well.

I ordered a 400 gram hanger steak from Feather & Bone (Central) on foodpanda. The steak weights less than what was advertised. And some genius at Feather & Bone decided to print a new deceiving label sticker to mask the original one and thought I wouldn’t peel it off and check. If that genius had peeled the original label off first, I wouldn’t have noticed it and weighted the steak. This is criminal of Feather & Bone. I had to walk to the shop and the girl at the cashier was nice enough to apologise and exchange it for me.

Good cuts of meat, helpful butcher, lots of foreign ingredients. Quite expensive.
