I had an incredible dining experience at Kanpai Restaurant and Lounge! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was exquisite, with a beautiful blend of traditional and modern Japanese decor. The menu was a delightful journey of flavors, offering a wide array of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese delicacies. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. The cocktails were expertly crafted, and the sake selection was impressive. I left Kanpai feeling satisfied and eager to return for another memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

We went for evening brunch serving and our experience was satisfactory but not extraordinary. The food was correct, meaning it was prepared properly and tasted decent, but don’t expect a culinary revelation. It was a standard fare, nothing that would surprise your palate or make you want to come back specifically for any dish. The brunch was all-inclusive with alcoholic drinks, priced at AED 1300, which is around $350 for two persons. Considering the price, one might expect something more memorable, but it was a pretty standard experience overall. The place also has a bar where you can enjoy some drinks with great and loud music. However, the DJ talked too much, which got annoying after a while. It's great to have some commentary and interaction from the DJ, but in this case, it was a bit excessive. I recommend this place for occasional visits only, due to the averagely food and high price. ✅

We really love Kanpai! We've been to their evening brunch few times, and it's awesome. The drinks and the food are excellent with lots of choices. We often can't order a main course because we're already full. The desserts, especially the fried banana with ice cream, are delicious. The atmosphere is great, with cool music, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. We highly recommend it, plus, there's a bonus with the Entertainer – buy one brunch, get one free. Great deal! 😊👍

Went here for evening brunch on a Friday. Nice looking restaurant with a good atmosphere. Our server, Carmella, was very attentive always checking if we had what we needed. The food was ok but limited choices and only allowed to order one main each. Also, not sure about the 'alcoholic drinks' Girlfriend had 7/8 cocktails and was fine. She's normally noticeably drunk after 2:(

Kanpai! A japanese restaurant in the heart of Dubai - at Souk Al Bahar!!! The atmosphere is sooo amazing. Their sushis are the best!!! The freshest ones melt down in your mouth!!! And the shrimp tempuras I fell in love with!!! Oh and the tastiest Pina Colada you can ever get!!! Thank you ! Kanpai you are the best!!! Definitely recommend you to my friends!
